From VA - I-395, GW Parkway, or I-66/Rt.110 - Enter DC on I-395 across the 14th Street Bridge using the middle or right lane. Continue through the curve to the right and then curve to the left. As I-395 becomes straight, use middle lanes and follow the signs 295 South/MLK Ave. - exit to the right side.

 

As you cross the 11th St bridge, stay in left lane - follow the MLK Ave/Anacostia Park signs thru a construction dogleg on the left....it then turns right and down a ramp to a 'T' stop. Turn right, go under a bridge to 'T' stop.   Turn right on Anacostia Dr. SE and go about .4 mile under a bridge and look on the right and turn into the Anacostia Recreation center.   Turn left in front of building to the parking lot by tennis courts. Fields are between the tennis courts and 295.

Go south on 7th Street past elevated I-295 and across Virginia Ave. The field and entry gate is on the right. 

Park along 7th St. SE or on L St. SE between 6th and 7th Sts. SE.  Non - DC licenses part on the south side of L St. - see signs allowing 2 hours for non - DC cars.

East of Watkins ES - enter from 13th St. SE near corner of D St. SE.  Please walk or bike if possible.  If driving, park on the south(school) side of D st se between 12th & 14th St.SE or on 13th St. between D and E St. SE.

From Northern VA: Enter DC via I-395 -- 14th St Bridge – from I-395, I-66/Rt 110, or GW Parkway.

On the 14th St. Bridge, stay in the middle lanes and bear right staying on I-395 as it curves right, then left, then right.  Stay in the middle/left lanes and DO NOT take exits off right side signed I-395 or S. Capital St.(Nationals Park).  Look for next exit labeled 6th St. SE off right side - to bottom of ramp and continue ahead and turn left on 8th St. SE.  In 4 blocks, turn right on PA Ave SE.  Get in left lane and turn left on 12th St. SE thru stop sign (E St. SE) for one block and turn right on D St.  Go one block to corner of 13th St..

Look for street parking to the right on 13th St or straight ahead next block on D St on right side.  Entrance to the field is on 13th St. SE near D St.

GPS - N 38 54 32.46 , W 76 59 24.66  to parking garage entrance.

 

Enter Gallaudet campus at 8th and FL Ave, NE. Go past guard house to the right then bear left on Lincoln Circle Drive E. Note and heed many stop signs. Just past the football field on the right, make first right on Lowman St. Go to 'T' intersection - stop sign, turn right on Switzer Dr. Turn left into covered garage labeled 'low clearance' and park as far back as possible. Enter thru door at far end on the right.

Going north on 295, take right side ramp to Burroughs/MN Ave to bottom light. Turn left under 295, stay in right lane, to 5-way stop sign intersection. Go straight ahead, road splits - take left road - see Kenilworth Park sign on left.  Enter park entrance road, go under tree canopy and curves to the left. Field is on your right after the curve.  Park in the lot on your right past the field.
