Registration Information

Sports on the Hill now offers online registration and online payment for soccer, baseball, basketball, lacrosse,
and paddling.

Why?

Online registration and payment eliminates many of the administrative burdens on our volunteer
parents. The volunteer commissioners and coaches can then focus more time on field play,
coaching, and skills development rather than registration forms and fee collection.

Security

We use a Northern Virginia company, Demosphere, to handle the registrations and to collect the
fees online. This company processes thousands of registrations every month using a secure online
payment system. Sports on the Hill will not know your credit card number or other sensitive financial
information.

How it Works

The first time you register online, you will enter information about your household (name, address,
contact information on parents and emergency contacts). You will enter information about each child
(age, sex, school, grade) and then register them to a particular sports program. Then you will be
offered the option to pay with a credit card or pay with a check. You will get an email confirmation of
your registration.

After the first time you register your child, the process will be even easier. The system will remember
you and your household information. You will just need to register your child for the new sports
programs.
