Sports on the Hill is an all-volunteer youth sports organizations in the Capitol Hill neighborhood in Washington, DC. We have youth sports leagues in soccer, baseball, softball, football, basketball, wrestling, track & field, lacrosse, and paddling.

SOTH Fall sports has begun!

Soccer:

1. U6, U5, and U4 coed begins Saturday Sept. 6. U6 9:00am at Watkins, U5 9:00am and U4 at 10:10am at Providence Park.

2. All other house league programs will have 'organization day' on Saturday, Sept. 6 to evaluate players so teams can be formed to start games on Sept. 13.

- U7/8 Boys 9:00 to 10:30am at Tyler Field

- U8 Girls 9:00 to 10:30am at Kingsman Field

- U10 Boys 9:00 to 10:30am at Anacostia Park

- U10 Girls 10:30 to Noon at Kingsman Field

- U13 Coed 11:30am to 1:00pm at Anacostia Park

3. SFL teams begin home and away games per schedule.

Lacrosse:

Lacrosse registration for boys is closed, but still open for girls. Visit the Lacrosse section for more information. Register online now!

Starts Sunday Sept. 7 at Kingsman Field.

Girls 2:00-3:00pm.

Boys 3:00-4:00pm.

Flag Football:

Visit the Flag Football section for more information. Register online now!

Starts Sunday Sept. 7 at Tyler Field 4:30-6:00pm.

Summer Paddling

Paddling is a non-competitive sports program for youth and adults. Members paddle out of the Anacostia Community Boathouse, which is located between the 11th street bridge spans on the western bank of the Anacostia River. The season runs from May 1st until October 31st. Please see the Paddling section for further information.
